How much time will it take to deliver my products?

After placing your order, there are two steps that start off. 
1) Verification of order 

2) Hair Packaging processing time

Processing time: Allow 4 days for hair processing time. After processing time, the hair will be shipped to you. Any items purchased after 6PM eastern time will be processed the next business day.

US Shipping: All shipment orders are shipped through USPS postal carrier or UPS next day air. Shipping rates/times may vary per state.

US Shipping Time: USPS Ground Shipping 2-3 business days. UPS Next Day Early Air 1 business day.


International Shipping: The items are shipped directly from our suppliers and will take almost 12-20 days to reach to the customers around the globe.

International Shipping Time: DHL Shipping 6-10 business days. 

 

Can I return my products?

Our policy continues for 7 days. If 7 days have been passed since your order was received, then unfortunately we cannot refund or exchange your products.

If your product is in the same condition as you received it, and it must also be in the same packing then it is suitable for the return. The customer is also responsible for the return charges. If your item is damaged/used or faulty then please contact us.

Yes, absolutely. We use SSL (secure socket layer) to make sure that all of your data is encoded and kept safe at all times.

 

 Shipping Policy

Our aim is to provide you with best shipping options, it doesn’t matter where you live. We deliver to tons of customers daily across the globe, with the guarantee to provide the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

The time period of delivering the order has been divided into two procedure:

 

Returns policy

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we received your return and scrutinize it, we will send you an email to notify you that your return item has been received. Furthermore, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you approved it, then your refund will be processed, and your payment will automatically be transferred in your credit card within couple of days.


Exchanges (if applicable)

We replace only damaged or defective items. If you want to exchange it for the same item, then please contact with us.
